Hi, I’m April! Born and raised in Texas, my journey to Austin Moss Creations has been as vibrant as the moss walls I help create. With over a decade of experience in event production and a stint as a muralist assistant, I’ve always found ways to bring creativity to life. My fascination with moss started during a visit to the Hall of Mosses in Washington State—it was a magical moment that opened my eyes to the beauty and potential of this amazing plant.

When I’m not working on biophilic designs, you’ll find me hiking the Texas trails with my dog Mateo, playing basketball, or spending time with family and friends. For me, each moss wall is more than just art; it’s a way to reconnect people with nature and create spaces that inspire and bring peace.
